Matchmaking in this game is terrible.
If i see a level 66 player in platinum, i already know it’s a guaranteed loss. How can someone be that high level and still stuck in plat/gold? Their history shows ai matches untill level 10, and then they ruin I bet you have this whole paper in your wallet waiting for the right moment to debate some chad at subway.
I never heard of eomm until a few weeks back. I was playing marvel rivals for some time until i experienced this matchmaking pattern, so i decided to look into it and found out other people were experience a very similar phenomena. A winning streak is inevitably followed by a losing streak and vice versa. There are no balanced rounds in public !!

Agreed i had more kills and damage than mvp enemy damage dealer as losing team but lost the game because my team healers were busy dealing damage instead of healing compared to enemy healers healing and my tank were busy trying to go kill for kill on enemies instead of I got into marvel rivals fairly late last season, but in the short time i had playing near the end of season 0 i was having a lot of fun. I was winning more games than losing (just over 50% winrate), the games were relatively well balanced in terms of team quality and it felt like i was playing with people who, like me, were new to the game but still had a grasp on what peoples abilities were This is the worst matchmaking system i’ve ever experienced.

I'm getting tired of unfair matchmaking. The ranked matches i'm playing are mostly unfair. I either win easily or lose easily. I either face a much stronger team or a much weaker team.
This has been happening for 2 or 3 weeks.
So i select some players to not play with anymore (from the avoid list in the team) but it doesn't help. This is the worst matchmaking system i’ve ever experienced. In my opinion, the ranked system is completely broken. This is 100% base in my opinion playing about 200h this game. In order to reach gm in a week or two you have to play with eomm and use it on your own advantage. The basics to do this are:
